Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) wingler44 account. Owning more than one account — whether using the same or different information — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Required information includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and bank details for withdrawal purposes. A KYC (Know Your Customer) process may be required to verify your identity before your first withdrawal is processed.

• Full name must match a valid identification document
• Only one bank account or e-wallet per member is permitted for withdrawals
• Accepted KYC documents: MyKad, valid Malaysian passport
• Verification is completed within 1 business day

Wingler44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the platform. All transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to safeguard your financial data.

Deposit: Deposits are processed instantly to your account balance via DuitNow, FPX, TNG eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay. Minimum and maximum deposit limits depend on the selected payment method and your membership tier.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes to local Malaysian bank accounts. Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered under the same member's name.

All bonuses and promotions offered by wingler44 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The general conditions that apply to all wingler44 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are valid for one claim per eligibility unless otherwise stated
• Rollover requirements must be met before withdrawals from the bonus balance are permitted
• Wingler44 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of misuse or fraud
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a serious violation

In the event of a technical disruption or game error, wingler44 reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the original amount to the member's account. Results recorded in the wingler44 system are final in all disputes relating to game outcomes.

• Wagers placed cannot be cancelled once the game has started
• Wingler44 is not liable for losses resulting from a member's internet connectivity issues
• Any attempt to influence game outcomes using external software or methods will result in immediate account closure
• Disputed wins will be reviewed within 5 business days

The wingler44 platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance:

• Opening multiple accounts using the same or different information
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to place bets
• Colluding with other members to exploit vulnerabilities in the system
• Attempting to coordinate or manipulate betting outcomes (match-fixing)
• Using your Wingler44 account for money laundering purposes
• Selling, transferring, or sharing your account with another individual
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law

You are solely responsible for the security of your Wingler44 account login credentials. Wingler44 will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or phone.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact the wingler44 support team immediately so appropriate action can be taken. wingler44 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an added layer of protection, and all members are strongly encouraged to enable it.

You have the right to close your Wingler44 account at any time by contacting our support team. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once all relevant rollover requirements have been fulfilled.

Wingler44 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the event of a Terms and Conditions violation, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities.

• Voluntary closure: all eligible balances will be returned within 5 business days
• Closure due to violation: balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach
• Accounts inactive for 12 months may be subject to a monthly administration fee

Wingler44 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, disruptions, or unexpected downtime.

Wingler44 is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. wingler44's maximum liability to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the preceding 30 days.

Wingler44 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
